The Libby Law Firm specializes in Georgia probate disputes and lawsuits, will contests and will challenges, trusts disputes, estate litigation, guardianship and conservatorship matters, and estate planning. Kasey Libby, owner of The Libby Law Firm, is a 1998 honors graduate of the University of Georgia’s liberal arts program and a 2007 honors graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Libby was a competing member of GSU’s Moot Court and served as its president. Also, during his last year at GSU, Mr. Libby mediated over 100 small claims and dispossessory cases on behalf of the Fulton County State Court’s landlord/tenant program.

After graduating in the spring of 2007, Mr. Libby grew a diverse practice that includes business, real estate, estate planning, and probate matters. Mr. Libby’s primary concern is creating and maintaining trusting relationships with his clients while providing cost-effective solutions to their legal problems.

Mr. Libby’s practice includes estate planning, probate proceedings, litigation involving wills and estates, and guardianship and conservatorship matters.

Duncan H. Adams, now serving as Of Counsel to Kasey Libby, is a graduate of Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, one of the top-ranked law schools in the country. Mr. Adams started his own law firm over a decade ago when he recognized a need for flexibility, personal attention, accessibility, and affordability that can only be found in a small firm with highly qualified and experienced attorneys. Mr. Adams led his firm in excellence in the practice of law and obtain exceptional results for his firm’s clientele and continues to provide the same level of service and expertise in his role as Of Counsel.

Mr. Adams has been a well-known member of the Atlanta legal community since the early 1990s focusing his practice on estate administration and fiduciary law, with a focus on wills, trusts, and estate litigation, will Contests, and guardianship and conservatorships.

If you are coming from north of Midtown Atlanta, take I-85 or I-75 South to the 14th Street / 10th Street exit. Then take a left on 14th Street (heading east), cross the expressway, and go about two blocks until you reach the intersection of 14th Street and W. Peachtree Street. One Atlantic Center is located on the northwest corner of the intersection. The parking garage is across the street. After parking, go to the Concourse level and walk through the tunnel, take the escalator up and check in at the Concierge Desk. We are on Floor 32.

If you are coming from south of Midtown Atlanta, take I-85 or I-75 South to the 10th Street /14th Street / Georgia Tech exit (Exit 250). Then take a right on 14th Street (heading east) and, from there, follow the directions above.
